You should also be a great communicator, be able to work alone (you will be the sole marketing employee) as well as part of a team and have excellent IT / social media knowledge. This Marketing Coordinator’s role is a new role within the company so initially you would be the “Marketing Team”. There is scope for this person to take on a team of people in the future and so progress to Marketing Manager. In return for your hard work as Marketing Coordinator you will be rewarded with a generous salary and bonus scheme, a company pension, and a very supportive team environment. The working hours for this position of Marketing Coordinator are Mon – Fri 9am -5pm (slight variations may be accommodated).
