Our business continues to grow and so we are looking for a motivated, self-starter to join us at their earliest opportunity to take on this critical role of supporting our team by undertaking the day-to-day administration as well as the responsibility for the pricing and costing of new work.

**Outline of key Responsibilities**:
- Undertake all of the day-to-day administration on behalf of our busy fabrication department, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery
- Estimate project costs, including materials and labour, and provide accurate quotes to our Project Teams and Clients
- Maintain inventory of fabrication materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and organization
**Skills and Experience**:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimation
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes would be a benefit, however, training can be offered for someone with the right skills and approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during fabrication projects
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all areas of work
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and Clients
