They are looking to attract an experienced and enthusiastic resident liaison officer to join their social housing delivery team. Much of your role is dependent on developing a positive culture and developing working relationships, communicating with operatives, contractors, customers and clients, so we require someone who has excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills. Experience working on kitchen, bathroom and external refurbishments is essential.

As part of our customer team you will drive a customer focused and community based service for our housing customers. This is a great opportunity to work for a family business that is experiencing strong growth within the Social Housing Sector, supported by a strong diverse senior team.
