Everyday Loans could be for you From our recently refreshed contact centre, our Customer Account Managers assist customers from all over the UK, processing personal loan applications from enquiries provided. Specialising in sub-prime personal loans, Everyday Loans serves customers from a wide variety of backgrounds. Our Customer Account Managers specialise in helping people with less than perfect credit scores – we’re here to understand and to offer a helping hand. The Role As a Customer Account Manager, you will be involved in the whole process of facilitating a loan for a customer. From making an initial sales call from enquiries provided, to establishing the requirements of the customer and affordability, processing the loan agreement, and then ensuring that payments are maintained. This role requires strong communication skills and excellent rapport building on the phone alongside having an excellent eye for detail.
