Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Strategist with a proven track record in scaling brands on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be an expert in content strategy, capable of creating engaging video content that resonates with our target audience and achieves thousands of views. This role involves in brainstorming, strategizing, and executing video content from inception to completion, while staying ahead of trends and understanding the nuances of the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Content Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored for TikTok to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Scale Brand on TikTok: Utilize your expertise to significantly increase brand presence and follower base on TikTok, aiming for video content to reach thousands of views.
  • Lead Creative Processes: Guide the team through the entire content creation process, from brainstorming and strategy development to execution and post-production analysis.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • US Market Focus: Craft content that resonates with the US market, leveraging insights into cultural trends, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok content, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy that aligns with overall brand goals.
  • Innovative Content Creation: Encourage and inspire the team to think outside the box and come up with innovative video content ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in content strategy and video content creation, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated success in scaling brands on TikTok with video content achieving significant views.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a creative team.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US market and cultural trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and improve content performance.
  • Creativity: A highly creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
