Leading the company's marketing operation, devising executing and implementing the marketing strategy. Reporting into the Marketing director, managing the marketing team and a number of agencies.

Our client is an established insurance business, boasting a global presence with over 75 full time employees. They are a customer-centric company, dedicated to providing quality and innovative insurance solutions to a range of clients.

Leading the marketing team including an in house creative and content lead
Managing the external agencies responsible for website development, content creation and PR
Manage all PR activities via social media, email, video directed at staff, members and brokers
Responsibility for annual product upgrades including policy documents, broker and member communications
Lead generation and to drive high quality leads Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a financial services business, ideally insurance
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Working knowledge of design software e.g. Expertise in basic digital management tools e.g. Capabilities with marketing platforms e.g. Hubspot, ClickDimensions, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics Marketing
