Hays HR are currently recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor to work for a professional services business in Leeds.
This role will work closely with an Employment Law Partner supporting external clients of the business. Provide advice and guidance to clients across the full spectrum of ER issues, particularly disciplinaries, grievance, capability/performance management, redundancy, settlement agreements, TUPE and sickness absence.
Provide advice in line with client-specific service level agreements and policies. Support and coach clients’, helping them to resolve ER issues within their teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, legally compliant HR advice and guidance
To actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar qualification (desired)
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
