We are looking for an RLO to work with one of the UK’s leading property services companies. You must be compassionate and have experience within a background in property services, you will be working on a social housing decarbonisation fund which includes Retrofit - EWI, IWI, windows and roofing based in Brent valued at £6m p/a.

Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.

* Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

* Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
