The culture in the office is collaborative and welcoming; The team are asked in 2 days per week to maintain this wonderful culture, and there is a well stocked fridge and dark roast coffee for even more motivation
you’ll be working on multiple workstreams and delivering high quality products; This is a lead role that is split 50/50 between hands on testing and leading a team, coaching and mentoring juniors and getting the best out of the team.
We’re looking for someone who will drive best practice and the adoption of automated testing.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, with experience of driving a team to implement automation frameworks using Cucumber as well as a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
You set goals, look at areas to improve and help them achieve their career goals.
Coming from a cross functional team background within an Agile environment, you will have a good understanding of the SDLC.
Although you may not have hands on experience with Java/JavaScript or configuration tools such as Git or Bitbucket; Communication skills are key for this role as you will r eport progress including the risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
