**Quality Assurance Manager**

**This post is open to women only under the Equality Act 2010 pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1.**

**What the Quality Assurance Manager will be doing**:

- Ensure service quality compliance across all support services and contracts, including effective data collection and reporting for quality monitoring.
- Lead on disseminating legislation and good practice related to responding to VAWDASV, supporting compliance with monitoring and evaluation requirements.
- Maintain robust reporting, monitoring, and evaluation systems and processes for current and new services, identifying inconsistencies in service delivery and providing additional support and training where needed.
- Ensure service user data is protected in compliance with GDPR, contribute to service outcomes, and maintain compliance with CWA policies and procedures.

**What the Quality Assurance Manager will need**:

- Have a good understanding of domestic violence/ abuse including the impact of domestic violence/ abuse on victims and their children
- Management experience, including data collection and reporting.
- Delivered a trauma informed, needs-led quality service
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Hold a Safe Lives IDVA training certificate, or a relevant degree, or demonstrable equivalent experience or avocational qualification.
