About the Role:
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you'll be at the forefront of expertly managing clinics, delivering customer centric Hearingcare solutions, and acting as an Ambassador of Boots Hearingcare. As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a personalised range of hearing care solutions tailored to each individual's needs.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services, adhering to the highest Company standards and health & safety guidelines.
- Safely and skillfully perform BSA-recommended procedures, including otoscopy, audiometry, and fine-tuning of hearing aids.
- Maintain precise clinical records utilising the Company's patient management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Achieve targets for appointment activity, sales, and key performance indicators, driving success and excellence.
- Champion Hearingcare and generate in-store demand through innovative Company schemes and tools, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements, ensuring compliance with HCPC renewal processes and fostering continuous professional growth.
Person Specification:
- BSc in Audiology or qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing through a certified provider
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2 years + post qualification
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
