About the Role:

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a personalised range of hearing care solutions tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services, adhering to the highest Company standards and health & safety guidelines.
  • Safely and skillfully perform BSA-recommended procedures, including otoscopy, audiometry, and fine-tuning of hearing aids.
  • Maintain precise clinical records utilising the Company's patient management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Achieve targets for appointment activity, sales, and key performance indicators, driving success and excellence.
  • Champion Hearingcare and generate in-store demand through innovative Company schemes and tools, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements, ensuring compliance with HCPC renewal processes and fostering continuous professional growth.

Person Specification:

  • BSc in Audiology or qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing through a certified provider
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2 years + post qualification
  • Consistent clinical audit results.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
