Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead a team of engineers, creating a culture that promotes motivation, excellence, and collaboration.
Collaborate with the Field Line Manager to design and implement strategies for continuous improvement, enhancing team productivity and efficiency.

Actively engage in engineering projects, offering hands-on support and troubleshooting complex systems and issues.
Provide over-the-phone technical guidance to team members, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Conduct regular health and safety audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Develop and enforce action plans to address safety concerns, ensuring a secure working environment for the entire team.
Monitor the quality of engineering tasks, ensuring all projects meet customer expectations and business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and the office, ensuring clear communication and consistent information flow.

Plan and manage work schedules, effectively allocating personnel and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Extensive experience with Gent and Notifier systems.
At least 8 years of industry experience, including field electrical work and supervisory/management roles.
Relevant industry qualifications (FIA or equivalent).
Certification in IOSH or SSSTS (Health and Safety).
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Solid understanding of contract terms and pricing.
