Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be part of our Survey & Robotics team, acting as the main point of contact between our key clients and internal teams. Your role is key to ensuring repeat business from our existing clients through superior client service.

You will understand our clients wants and needs, suggesting solutions to solve them and work with them through any issues which may arise during their projects.

You will keep our clients in the know; making sure they’re aware of any developments within Ashtead Technology and also how our latest equipment can positively impact their operations.

You will also build strong relationships internally, liaising regularly with our workshop and technical support teams to ensure products are delivered to our clients and supported thereafter.

What experience you’ll bring:

This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic Survey & Robotics team out in Westhill

What will help you be successful in the role?

  • Experience working as Survey Technician, looking to make a move into a client facing role OR
  • You have worked in a similar role previously, and have thorough knowledge of Survey and the subsea industry
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, well organised and capable of successfully operating in customer focused, service orientated environment.
