ABOUT THE TEAM

Product Operations plays a key role in delivering maximum impact from the features we build. To achieve this, the team collaborates closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and Designers to ensure that roadmaps are aligned and communicated to customers, Product Metrics and feedback from our customers inform prioritisation decisions and new features are successfully launched and customers realise benefits as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY

Senior Product Operations Manager will lead a small team which owns research operations, analysis and product operations

Partner with Chief Product Officer and the head of Engineering Operations to design and execute against agreed operating plans

Manage a staff of 2-3 including a Product Data analyst and 1-2 operations managers

Analyse customer insights to assess overall product health and influence product strategy

Lead roadmap communications process–collaborate with product managers and cross functional stakeholders to ensure our customers are informed and engaged with planned feature delivery

Collaborate with Product Management Directors on Roadmap planning, goal setting and execution against product strategy

Lead “Beamery Labs”–Beamerys beta testing program designed to refine and get early advocacy for new features

Organise and lead team rituals such as offsites, workshops and functional communities

Develop insights from customer feedback including NPS, customer satisfaction surveys and feature requests

Communication skills might sound a bit Cliche, but this role will expose you to a range of leaders across different functions. The ability to listen, consider context and contribute to the decision making both in writing and in discussion is key.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Several years of product management or related experience

Solid experience with operations via execution of feature delivery, operations focused roles or consulting engagements

Experience in managing or mentoring others

Passion for execution–we need people with a bias for action

Demonstrated track record of cross functional collaboration

Track record of data driven thinking and supported decision making–this is more about using data to make decisions quickly using hypotheses and analysing risk and impact of decisions

We are paying a base salary of upto £95k including bonus + equity based on background and experience.
