Our financial services client is looking for a a senior experienced desktop publishing (DTP) specialist working within the Global Sales Operations team alongside the lead graphic designer.
You will create, edit and format high quality documents using branded and ad hoc bespoke templates. The work is cross platform using MS Office 16 and Adobe Creative Suite. The focus of the role is to provide DTP support for competitive tenders and other sales opportunities globally by creating, editing and formatting sales materials using branded templates to:
Provide clarity to the content and key messages they contain
Adhere to company brand guidelines
Share best practice and new design work as appropriate
Provide art working support, creative graphic assets and source stock photography for design materials
Advanced PowerPoint/Word skills (MS Office 2016), including strong working knowledge of templates and masters
Advanced InDesign/Illustrator/Adobe/Photoshop
Good written English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive and flexible
knowledge of re/insurance industry an advantage but training provided
Able to manage workflow and project manage
