About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Calibrate Recruitment Limited. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented designers on a range of prestigious and large-scale projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with diverse wayfinding, brand development, and environmental graphics projects
  • Develop creative concepts and integrate research and conceptual thinking into presentations
  • Support the marketing team by developing assets for websites, social media, and templates
  • Coordinate with contractors, printers, and the wider design/construction team
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar Graphic Designer role working on wayfinding projects
  • Previous experience in an architectural or design practice is essential
  • Proven experience working in the built environment, focusing on the complete user experience across a wide range of applications from identity to environmental graphics and signage
  • Creative and conceptual thinker with strong skills in typography, branding, wayfinding, and identity creation
  • Excellent design and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across print, web, and large format art working
  • A degree in Graphic Design
