We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the digital agency, hosting provider, and content management system sectors. By leveraging their industry expertise and network, the Business Development Manager will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, ultimately expanding our market presence and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities within the digital agency, hosting provider, and content management system markets.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential partners.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, striving to achieve favourable terms and agreements while meeting company objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth, continuously seeking ways to expand Streamshield’s reach and influence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital agency, hosting provider, or content management system sector(s).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
