- As a full-time hybrid Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client’s business development strategy.
- Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering long-standing client relationships, and ensuring the sustained growth of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Sales Target Achievement:Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to reach or exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Regularly assess and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Project Management:Demonstrate excellent project management and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and client projects.
- Industry Knowledge:Leverage your experience in the print management industry to understand client needs and stay informed about industry trends.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Print Management / Print Industry sectors.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Track record of reaching or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
- Experience in the print media industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
