Position OverviewAs Grocery National Account Manager at All Things Butter, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious expansion plans within the grocery channel. You will be responsible for nurturing current retail listings, overseeing national retail launches and securing new retail listings. This role requires strong P&L management experience and a keen sense of commercial acumen. You will be one of our first hires, so like any blitz-scaling start up, we need versatile, pro-active band of Butterers who are willing to go the extra mile to build a true industry disruptor. Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy: Delivering the channel P&L, with full accountability and budget management.Key Account Management: Building strong JBPs, managing and nurturing relationships with key grocery retail accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and our products are prominently featured.Shopper Marketing: Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.Trade Spend Management: Oversee trade spend budgets to maximize ROI and profitability.P&L Responsibility: Manage profit and loss for your portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimise financial performance.Cultural Leadership: As one of the founding team members, help shape and instil the company's culture, values, and ethos.Market Disruption: Embrace the challenge of disrupting the CPG industry and contribute innovative ideas to shake up the market.Team Growth: Actively participate in the growth and development of the company, including building a high-performing team as the company expands. Qualifications:3-5 years in sales or business development with proven track record (CPG start up, SME or blue chip preferred).Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, agile start-up environment.Passion for great food, especially butter.Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed in a challenging market.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to set and embody the company's culture within a small founding team.Desire to contribute to the growth and success of All Things Butter.
