Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Advisor will be responsible for the range of payroll related activities in the allocated global jurisdictions where Ocorian operates. 
Payroll: 
Ensure pre-payroll tasks are completed, payrolls are run and post processing tasks finalised, in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
Work with outsourced payroll service providers and other vendors/ organisations to deliver a timely, accurate and compliant payroll service.
Maintain and manage payroll processes and records to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. 
Resolve payroll queries promptly and accurately within the agreed deadlines.
Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement and update of payroll processes and documentation.
Act as liaison between payroll and finance regarding payroll matters for the allocated jurisdictions. 
Day to day administration of benefits programs including health insurance and pension plans, supporting employees and liaising with vendors/ brokers as required. 
Support, as required, any in house payroll activities. 
Ensure that all internal and external audit requirements are met and provide information to auditors as required.

2-5 years’ experience in a Payroll role. 
At least intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g. Advanced Excel proficiency is advantageous. 
Experience with international payroll is preferred.
