Job Description

As our Talent Sourcer, it will be your mission to source Talent and create pipelines to fill our experienced Consultant, Analyst, and Sales vacancies.

Using your own experience and knowledge of the world of recruitment, you will have the freedom to design and implement your own sourcing strategies to deliver a regular flow of candidates, for immediate or long-term vacancies in our offices across the globe.

You will be managing candidates from first contact to offer stage, providing the candidate experience they deserve while showcasing why we are an Employer of Choice.

In this role, you will interact with senior stakeholders from around the world, and you will be directly involved in the ins and outs of an international, recognised, and established business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • With the Recruitment Manager, setting up and implementing an experienced talent sourcing strategy.
  • Sourcing and pipelining candidates using a variety of tools.
  • Engaging with experienced candidates from first contact to interview stage and beyond.
  • Managing speculative applications and other prospective candidates.
  • Building a network of Talent in the market who have the skills we are constantly looking for.
  • Participating to the recruitment process, from taking the brief to supporting the offer stage.
  • Building a trusting and influential relationship with your internal stakeholders.
  • Developing effective Employer Branding to support your sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

If you have prior experience in sourcing and pipelining so-called “hard-to-fill” jobs in a Professional Services market, and you would like to use and grow this skillset within an international management consulting firm, this is the right job for you.
