Join SADA as our Transformation Senior Program Manager for EMEA Growth and Partnerships (Remote) Your Mission As a Transformation Senior Program Manager for EMEA Growth and Partnerships for SADA, An Insight Company, you will be accountable for building and delivering our expansion roadmap across EMEA, maximising our partnership with Google in the UK and rolling out best practice across the broader Insight business, as well as driving improved operational rigour and excellence in our UK&I business. As a member of the EMEA SADA Leadership team, you will use your strategic understanding of the Google product and services business and coordinate with other leaders in the region to design and lead key strategic initiatives as the business grows and evolves. You will regularly be asked to speak to leaders across SADA and Insight, as well as partners with confidence regarding SADA's services, ways of working and their value in solving real world Google technology adoption challenges and opportunities. Expectations Your Responsibilities: Leading Key EMEA wide expansion and growth initiatives. Building a roadmap of initiatives that create the capabilities required for the expansion of SADA sales and delivery (product and delivery) both side by side and through Insight EMEA business units (depending on Geography). Accountable for leading and delivering initiatives that are foundational to this expansion including areas such as: Google Partner Authorisations Presales processes Deal flow Contract frameworks Sales Orders and fulfillment Coaching and enabling others across Insight's EMEA business units in Google and SADA ways of working. Building and executing programs to scale and mature joint Insight / SADA sales and delivery motions. Liaise with SADA Sales, Services, and Operations leadership to ensure that the portfolio and roadmap aligns with our go to market strategy and goals, within the constraints of SADA and Insight's legal and operational best practices. EMEA Google Partner Programs growth, transformation and oversight. Accountable for ensuring SADA are maintaining our Partner Authorizations in UK&I, and supporting acquisition (and appropriate structuring) of additional authorizations across EMEA through local Insight entities. Strategic Funding Navigation: Explicitly mandate optimization and access to strategic Google co-funding programs (e.g., DAFF funding) necessary for large strategic pursuits, which goes beyond standard rebate programs. Accountable for the enablement of local Insight partner teams on successful operationalisation of their Google partnerships, and supporting their programs to maximise the impact of the same. SME on Google Partner Programs, building and executing on programs to maximise partner margin and rebates. UK&I / EMEA Operational improvements and support Accountable for creation and delivery of the monthly business review cadence (P&L, headcount, initiatives progress etc), on behalf of SADA's EMEA leadership. Responsible for localisation of existing processes including definition of any changes that may be required due to local operating models. Responsible for liaison with global SADA and Insight Business Operations teams operating across multiple timezones on day to day back office operations, as well as escalation and exception management. Liaison with Global SADA Partner and Business Operations team to ensure that appropriate structures and reporting are in place. Sales program leadership, support and enablement Build programs that enable sellers across various SADA and Insight entities to better understand the Google Opportunity and the resources available to them to be successful. Support this enablement with subject matter expertise. Coach and enable sellers and sales managers on Google specific programs, SADA / Insight ways of working, which may include supporting navigating specific deals through internal and external processes, advising others on how commercial approach and packaging potentially impacts SADA's revenue materialization / intercompany treatments. Accountable for creating and managing the stakeholder map of key Google contacts across EMEA and mapping them to SADA and Insight stakeholders. Accountable for the processes that ensure we are effectively execution on partnership opportunities (deal flow, presales technical engagement, sales and order management etc) and delivering changes in those processes as may be required due to the need to localise. You Have: Proven significant experience in one or more of the following of the following 1) (Google Cloud) Partner Management 2) Business Program Management, 3) Mergers, Acquisitions or Integrations Strong writing and visual articulation skills, and the ability to create high quality artifacts and documentation. Ability (and a passion) to coach, enable, and manage team members in a matrix with the intention of delegation and upleveling appropriate skillsets. Ability to work with, coordinate and influence a wide variety of stakeholders. Including sourcing input, influencing approach to problem solving, compromise and gaining approval. Deep understanding of pre-sales process and best practices, key KPI's and behaviors. Significant experience in the Google Cloud ecosystem, with a deep understanding of their partner programs structure and content. Genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and Google Cloud A formal project or program management qualification is an advantage. Required Travel - This remote first role will require up to 20% travel to partner and Insight offices (predominantly in the UK, but also across EMEA) as well as client sites, conferences, and other related events. Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will include learning materials/assignments and compliance training, and meetings with relevant individuals.
