Join our team as a Senior Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-profile projects that shape critical infrastructure across water, energy, transportation, and major development sectors. Leadership and Influence Your ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams ensures projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Client Partnership You’ll take ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and helping us grow our business through exceptional service and strategic insight.
Technical Expertise Your experience in engineering environments and understanding of NEC3/4 frameworks will enhance our capability to deliver complex projects with confidence and compliance.
Strategic Thinking By contributing to planning and design phases, you’ll help shape solutions that meet client objectives and set new benchmarks for quality and sustainability.
Business Growth Your proactive attitude and consulting mindset will support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives, driving future opportunities for the team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office.
An Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience in an engineering environment (water, energy, transportation, or major infrastructure sectors).
Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile).
