Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic, experienced Project Manager to join our Nuclear Records Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple UK sites , ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. You will be joining the newly established Project Management Office (PMO), a dedicated team that ensures consistent governance and controls across all programs.

Lead and Govern Project Delivery: Deliver projects in accordance with PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) principles and the Project Management Office (PMO) standards, managing scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for successful outcomes in cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
Create comprehensive project plans and documentation, and prepare and present regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
Apply the contract’s Risk & Assurance Framework to identify, evaluate, and control project risks, and manage changes to scope or schedule through structured change control processes, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and contractual obligations.
Budget and Financial Management: Monitor daily project activities to ensure alignment with approved budgets. Work closely with the commercial team on monthly forecasting, invoicing and year-end reconciliation.Identify and manage cost variances, ensuring financial transparency and control.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your projects, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and end users. Gather requirements, define scope, and ensure stakeholders feel valued, heard and supported throughout delivery. Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain a positive customer experience.

Substantial (ideally 5+ years) Project Management experience.
PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent structured Project Management qualification).
Strong knowledge of risk management, financial tracking, and resource forecasting across multi-site operations.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects within highly regulated environments, such as the nuclear sector.
