About the role
You’ll be working closely with Sales Team Leaders, having direct input into optimising the end-to-end sales journey, identifying revenue opportunities and helping to guide the business towards success.
As a Performance Optimisation Lead, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within Think and across the Bionic Group, identifying areas for growth, assisting with initiative implementation, and delivering crucial insights. You’ll be instrumental in driving, monitoring, and reporting on key business metrics, translating data into actionable insights that will be presented to stakeholders at all levels of the company.
We need someone who is proactive, forward-thinking, and comfortable making data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll be expected to anticipate challenges, find innovative solutions, and confidently present your findings in a clear, concise manner. Your work will directly influence the growth of the business, helping us hit crucial customer, revenue, and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Think’s Sales teams to optimise performance, identify new growth opportunities and assist with the rollout of key initiatives.
Analyse long-term performance trends and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders, making recommendations for future work and initiatives.
Take ownership of company-wide KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and delivering clear insights that drive performance improvements.
Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of marketing campaign data, helping to pinpoint target segments that drive profitability.
Work alongside the tech team to develop the next phase of automation processes that streamline operations.

Requirements
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present and communicate feedback in a clear, concise manner translating raw data into meaningful commentary to suit a wide range of stakeholders
Attention to detail: A methodical eye for detail bringing seamless consistency and continuity to day to day KPI reporting.
Data familiarity: Comfortable working with wide and diverse datasets, stitching together multiple sources, and breaking down complex information into digestible snapshots for various stakeholders.
Excellent Organisation: Able to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to new requests quickly.
Tech Proficiency: Adept using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Lookups, charts etc.). Experience with PowerBI and SQL is a bonus but not essential.
