Job Description
An exceptional, well-resourced Special Needs School in Ealing (UB6) is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for an immediate full-time, long-term placement.

The Role:
You will support pupils aged 2-19 with ASD, SLD, and Complex Needs within the classroom. Prior experience working with SEND is essential. We’re looking for a nurturing, energetic individual who is comfortable providing personal care when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to children with special needs.
• Assist with tailored educational activities and lessons.
• Implement behavior management strategies effectively.
• Foster social and communication skills development.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to create individualized plans.
• Monitor progress and behavioral changes, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment at all times.

Requirements:
