Training Administrator

Our client has been providing adaptations to homes for over 20 years working with local authorities, social landlords, and private sector clients.
They are now in need of an experienced administrator based at their head office in Enfield.
The ideal candidate will assist in general administrative tasks (Including Finance/Accounts, Job allocation and reporting) as well as working with the wider department on other administrative tasks.
Day-to-day administration of workflows and input of data into the work management system.
Composing and typing correspondence and letters for the Company.
To update the works management database on job progress.
To update and develop spreadsheets (Excel) and other computer packages.
Cover for reception when required and answering incoming calls.
To input and extract data from the accounting package (Sage) and assist as required in inputting data to the accounting package.
To assist as required in supporting the accounts’ function.
Take personal responsibility for maintaining standards of performance and personal behaviour in support of business commitment to high quality service provision for customers
Proven ability to operate computer systems to input data and interrogate systems.
Able to participate in training other team member, sharing knowledge and skills.
In addition, as the company continues to grow, there are plenty of opportunities for career progression and advancement.
