Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on our Costa Coffee & Whitbread contract at our site in Wellingborough . You will be integral for supplying the best customer care to our customers and all others around you.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 . We are super flexible and can offer some hybrid working too

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Daily contact with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests, predominantly over the phone
  • Liaising with Costa Whitbread colleagues across all parts of the business
  • Deliver excellent customer service as part of all tasks
  • General administrative tasks and duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A desire to work in a customer-facing role and provide excellent service
  • Comprehensive computer skills – including Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Possess excellent people skills and be a team player
