Your missions are the following:
1. Providing a rapid & quality customer service: handle custom, transport issues, order issues & volume issues to our distributor Peter Green Chilled, our retail and OOH customers
3. Invoicing & cash collection : create invoice in our ERP, solve invoice issues within 2 days, cash collection in collaboration with finance in case of litigation
4. Build strong client relationships by keeping a regular warm contact and proactive approach
5. Respond to customer KPI’s & compare with own data
6. Smoothen the client start : make sure we have the relevant data with sales, provide extra care to first orders
7.Control invoices of logistics and transport for the UK scope
Preferred ExperienceYou have minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, order management and invoicing.
You love pampering your clients and go the extra mile with your swift & qualitative service
You are strong in building relationships
You know how to keep your cool in stressful situations
You have outstanding communication and problem solving skills
You thrive in a fast moving startup environment
You speak English fluently
Recruitment ProcessYou will have a first video call with HR and a second interview with your future manager, Gabrielle, followed by a business case
