Loquet London is seeking a highly motivated Wholesale and Sales Manager based in our Ladbroke Grove office. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Own the wholesale process start to finish - be the main point of contact, or work alongside wholesale agency partners, to ensure the account management of wholesale partners is kept up to date.

Maintain relations, respond to emails, raise PO’s, invoices, delivery notes, stock transfers, ensure payments are chased and received, and any follow up questions or points are resolved. 

Experience working with partners in different regions or time zones is a strength as current partners are global. 

Learn and use our stock management, accounting, and internal systems to monitor orders placed in progress, invoiced, and delivered. 

Manage stock that is both currently available and stock that needs to be ordered. Ability to organize different timelines for different accounts. 

Pay attention to detail – ensure that nuances in product, details on PO’s and line sheets are always accurate and correct. Update line sheets whenever necessary 

Prepare shipments – invoices, labels, import / export documents and tracking numbers 

Ensure that stock is meticulously managed, orders of out-of-stock skus are placed and on track for timely delivery and corresponding paperwork is filed 

Plan and organize trade shows or selling events. These can be in the US, France, UK or other locations. Arrange invitation list, prepare and send invitations, follow up, organize schedules, and ensure all necessary paperwork, product, samples etc are prepared for each appointment during sale. 

Occasionally support retail store team and sell to retail store customers in our Elizabeth Street store 

Push for direct sales – arrange trunk shows, plan and execute direct sales initiatives, organise stock, price, and sell to direct clients. Arrange payment links, invoices, custom orders and any order related tasks to push direct sales to end customers. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

Working in an office required. Some travel may be required. 

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer-based systems 

Experience working in a wholesale environment, or experience working with the administration of luxury goods and / or fine jewellery 

Have a calm demeanour dealing with customers, answering questions, and upselling or suggesting best pieces 

Team player who is happy to pitch in and work with a small team and do what is needed to complete tasks. Hands on approach with can-do mentality 

Excel knowledge and experience a must. Shopify, Xero and inventory management platform experience a plus 

Clear written and spoken English required
