Location: West London (Hybrid) Overview: We are searching for a HR & HRIS Project Manager for an international organization in the Medical / Pharma sector. This opportunity will oversee HR Projects and Systems globally reporting to the Head of HR as well as being a key member of the HR leadership team. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead HR information systems globally, developing considered and documented HRIS strategies and processes
  • Leading HR transformation projects and supporting the global HR organisation
  • Ownership of HR systems infrastructure and HR data governance, assessing requirements and integrating data with other HR and non-HR systems
  • Responsible for liaising with users, leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in the HR systems and related processes
  • Focus on developing the functionality of HR systems, maximizing automation from the system, coordinating any integration activities to other systems and data processes
  • Driving IT and processes covering HR KPI’s and analytics
  • Management of HRIS budgets, cost planning and controlling
  • Coordinate internal reviews with Risk and Audit teams
  • Review HR Operational processes and assess opportunities to standardize or automate solutions through technology
  • Be the HR system lead in supporting any HR project implementation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Technology or related field
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience including HR Project Management and HRIS leadership roles
  • Experience in dynamic global sectors and high growth / transformational groups essential
  • Global experience - EMEA, APAC, Americas
  • In depth practical system architecture knowledge of HR Systems
  • Track record of delivering HR system change projects including integrations
  • Proven leader working with SAP Success Factors as well as other HR and PMO systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Process Improvement and Development expertise
  • Leadership and organizational development knowledge
  • Proven track record of people management and leading teams in matrix environments to implement global HRIS strategies
  • Customer focused and ability to communicate at all business levels
