Your role

Pico Technology, a leading provider of high-quality and innovative test and measurement solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing/Head of Marketing. We are looking for a strategic leader to drive our marketing efforts within the Test and Measurement industry. This individual will play a crucial role in boosting brand visibility, market share, and revenue.

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Leading a skilled team, you will oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaigns, ensuring all activities align with our business goals and objectives. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand recognition and presence whilst enhancing our product offerings, we require the successful candidate to lead our marketing, technical authors and web team.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing and web team, driving the next phase of our expansion.

What we're looking for

We are searching for an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager with a background ideally in the technology or manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate will hold an MBA or equivalent qualification and possess a strong understanding of technical marketing within a B2B environment, including experience managing medium-sized teams. We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for building effective interpersonal relationships.

A deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices is crucial, as is the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
