About the Role :

As a Transformation Digital Product Owner, you will be instrumental in balancing customer experience, business and programme delivery, and colleague experience. You will define and deliver all digital aspects of the transformation, including account opening, online banking, mobile app, and open banking. This role requires strong leadership, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the delivery of all digital requirements within the transformation programme.
  • Develop existing requirements, manage risks, and identify interdependencies for digital banking products and services.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from design to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Provide vision and direction to teams and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and end users, managing feedback, reviews, and requirements.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach in all product development and transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital product management, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in digital transformation and change management projects.
  • Methodologies: Strong background in agile methodologies and product development frameworks, as well as traditional waterfall methodology.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in product management tools and software.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Technological Awareness: Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in banking and finance.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple initiatives, prioritise urgent situations, and maintain attention to detail.
