Sales Advisor

We have a great opportunity to work with a local family run business who supply their products on a national scale to industries from the motor trade, marine, aerospace and industrial companies. This position is office based liaising with New and existing customers. For the first and last hours of the day you will predominantly be speaking to existing customers, taking orders, processing and taking payments and for the remaining hours we are looking for someone who is keen to grow the business cliental and order base, generating new leads and appointments and managing their accounts and being the main point of contact for your customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales/Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of our client accounts, as well as generating new business. You will be working as a team to produce high-quality leads and working towards agreed-set targets and KPIs. You will provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales director.

· Professionally answer the telephone, taking and screening incoming calls as required.

· Proactively follow up on existing and lapsed clients to see where you can help and discuss new products.

· Use of own initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.

· Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business for the business.

Experience as a sales/telesales representative.

· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems

· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm (finishing at 4:30 0n a Wednesday)
