As our Performance Marketer, you’ll be working alongside our skilled team of comprised of Creative Strategists, Graphic Designers & Senior Growth Marketers, and will execute on paid social & search strategy for our clients.

The Performance Marketer acts as the catalyst for growth of our clients’ businesses. This will not be a short-term hire. We are looking for people who are committed to the long-term vision of what we are building, and who are looking to grow both financially and responsibility-wise as the agency as the agency grows.

At our agency, Growth Marketing Managers play a pivotal role in delivering results for our clients and to ensure alignment across our team, and we are looking for someone who embraces this challenge

You will be part of a leadership team with 30+ years of DTC marketing experience, and will play a key role in strategising how we can deliver excellence in service delivery for our clients and grow our business as a whole.

You will work with the Head of performance & other team members to execute on strategy for clients.
You will regularly optimise, launch, track & report on work done inside of ad accounts using our tools and systems.

Creative Strategy
You will work with creative strategists and graphic designers to ideate & launch ad campaigns that improve results and scale.
You must have an excellent understanding of ad creative and ad creative analysis, and how this relates to performance.

eCommerce Marketing Strategy
You will understand the basics of eCommerce business metrics (OpEx, gross margin, cost of delivery, lifetime value) and help build growth targets based on the clients business situation.
Understanding of things like Contribution Margin is a massive plus - but we have lots of training on the financial side also.
We act as an outsourced CMO for clients & you will help by implementing forecasts, monthly/quarterly/annual reviews and overall eCommerce store performance and growth suggestions.

Minimum 3 years of experience working in eCommerce marketing
A proven track record for scaling eCommerce businesses through performance marketing.
Experience managing advertising budgets on paid social & search platforms in excess of $100,000 p/m
Experience managing Facebook & Google advertising budgets preferred.
