Our client is a growing independent British jewellery brand established in the last decade, specializing in demi-fine earrings and luxury piercing adornments. Their passion lies in originality, with all pieces designed in-house and handcrafted by carefully selected expert artisans. As a brand with exciting future plans, this is an opportunity to be part of their journey They're a friendly team working from a small office near Reading, conveniently located on the main train line.

The Role

Salary- Around the £30k mark but flexible for the correct experience.

Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably with experience in the jewellery and/or fashion industries. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through multi-channel, strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Manage seasonal promotions and campaigns
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns
  • Manage paid social, affiliates, and events within the yearly marketing budget
  • Collaborate with creatives to bring content ideas to life
  • Assist with campaign shoots and new collection strategies
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and influencer relationships
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in jewellery or fashion
  • Proactive with high energy levels and innovative ideas
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, social media management)
  • Proven success in B2C e-commerce environments
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience with paid social content creation
  • Knowledge of Shopify and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo) is desirable
  • Interest in fashion and jewelry
  • Excellent project management skills

This is a full-time role based at our client's office near Reading, easily accessible by train. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional travel for marketing events.
