JOB TITLE: EA to the CEO

COMPANY: Tech (online gaming)

CONTRACT: Permanent

LOCATION: West London

SALARY EXPECTATIONS: up to £63,000 plus benefits

BENEFITS: 25 days paid annual leave (+ 1 day for charity and increasing to 30 days after two years), generous pension, life assurance x4 salary, private medical, cycle to work scheme, gym membership, free onsite parking and a fantastic working environment Plus an annual trip to Las Vegas and the opportunity to travel to international locations when required

Role Summary:

As the EA to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's division. This role assists on wider projects and gives you the opportunity for global exposure, its much more than just a 1:1 EA role to a CEO. It is fast paced working for an energetic, lovely (and funny) CEO. It is incredibly rewarding and is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and confident EA. Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative and operational support, managing complex calendars across different time zones, facilitating global travel arrangements, and overseeing daily operations in collaboration with the leadership team.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Strategically manage the CEO's ever-changing calendar, prioritising and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  • Coordinate global multi-point travel, including creating itineraries, arranging visas, and scheduling transfers.
  • Train and manage a Junior Personal Assistant.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead projects and initiatives under the CEO's direction.
  • Keep leadership accountable to their KPIs and ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Support and contribute to the company culture and values.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate events such as leadership summits, company socials, and customer entertainment.
  • Facilitate board meetings, including material creation and minute taking.
  • Assist with various operational, HR, and marketing projects.
  • Handle confidential communications and data reports with utmost professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives is preferrable
  • Experience working in a global organisation operating across multiple time zones
  • Passion for building strong company cultures
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
