We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and lead our cloud delivery and migration projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the cloud migration, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives and technical requirements.
AWS, Alibaba Cloud) and best practices for migration.
Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project status, updates, and milestones effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all aspects of the migration comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to verify the integrity, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure and applications.
Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to minimize disruption and ensure a seamless transition to the cloud environment.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement.
Implement lessons learned and best practices to enhance future migration projects and organizational capabilities.
Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in cloud technology, incorporating relevant innovations into project plans and strategies. 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE) preferred.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects, particularly cloud migrations, with a track record of successful delivery on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and services, along with hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Alibaba Cloud.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as a passion for continuous learning and professional development. 
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
