Forward Role are proud to be supporting their longstanding and award winning partner, a well-known & UK wide Discount Platform, as they look to expand their internal & experienced Affiliate Marketing team. Based in city centre and operating a very flexible, hybrid working model of 2 days in the beautiful offices, this role would report into a inspiring Head of Digital working as a team of 5, to contribute to the growth of the already highly successful Affiliate portfolio.

You will manage the relationships with their brand partners, looking to drive significant growth of an already very busy Affiliate platform. You yourself will be coming from either brand, agency or publisher side, and will be directly line managing two Affiliate & Partnerships Managers to take the business to the next stage of highly exciting growth

Your day to day will look like:

• Create the affiliate programme strategy and ensure its efficient delivery and optimisation to drive performance and revenue growth
• Lead the Affiliate team ensuring they deliver a quality and consistent support to brand partners and develop their skills & capabilities through training to leverage growth of partner performance and commercial revenue
• Work closely with your wider Partnerships & Business Development team and affiliate manager to increase the size and quality of the partner portfolio, targeting strong affiliate partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to plan, deliver, test and report on TOTUM web and app platform improvement projects which drive commercial KPI’s
• Identifying, qualifying and onboarding new brands to the affiliate platforms, working with the marketing function and conducting regular market research.
• Act as a key contact for affiliate partners, ensuring best in class service delivery to them through effective processes and reporting to leverage long term, successful commercial relationships and growth

Your skills & experience:

• A minimum of 4+ years experience in a similar Affiliates & Partnerships role - either in house or agency for an Executive level role
• Driven and results orientated.
• Outstanding presentation and influencing skills, excellent commercial acumen with a “get up and go” attitude.
• Has a creative flair and an ability to think outside the box.
• Proven analytical capabilities, with previous experience of commercial data analysis.
• Effective reporting & presentation skills.
