To apply for the role of Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire you should have very strong Surveying skills with relevant qualifications and ideally a member of a professional body such as RICS or the CIOB, plus good people skills to deal with colleagues, suppliers and customers in an empathetic and courteous manner in order to deliver a first class service. The primary duties of the Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire include:

  • To provide a comprehensive Surveying service including Building Surveys and Reports on existing medium and low rise buildings.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance the clients reputation and deliver a first class service.
  • Good IT skills including experience in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
  • Proven experience in detailed Building Structural and Condition Surveys
The successful candidate for the role of Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire should have the following experience:
  • Excellent Surveying experience with an in depth knowledge of Asset and Condition reports.
  • The ability to deliver specifications in writing.
  • Qualified in a Surveying discipline.
  • Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership
  • Great communication skills when dealing with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
