Job Title: Building Control Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Control Surveyor to join our team at Clearfield Ltd. As a Building Control Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' construction projects meet the required building regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to inspect construction projects and ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Review and approve building plans and specifications to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on building regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Control Surveyor or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
