As an Intraday and Scheduling Planner, you will manage the Service Desk’s Workforce Management System, being responsible for forecasting demand, creating schedules and maintaining these duties. Other key factors of the role include providing real time performance monitoring, short-term staffing advice and support to the Service Desk (SD) management team, as well as ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet predicted demand. You will also provide the management team with timely, accurate reports on intraday performance and any possible impact.
Highly competent IT skills with a good working knowledge of the Office 365 applications, Excel, Word, etc
Confident working with large and complex data sets
