Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Sales Marketing in Northampton. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving business development, overseeing customer service, leading and inspiring a team, and ensuring the overall success of our sales efforts and new business.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Sales Operations skills
  • Experience in managing teams and driving sales success
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly with platforms like Amazon and eBay
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent.
