This business is a tier 1 and tier 2 precision manufacturing business specializing in high-quality components for the medical, life sciences, aerospace, defence, and marine sectors . With cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence, this business delivers innovative solutions to their clients globally from their 3 manufacturing plants.

This senior leadership position will play a critical role in shaping the companies future sales and marketing strategies, driving new business development, and coaching our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the precision manufacturing industry and a proven track record of growing revenues in our key sectors. To be considered for this role the successful candidate must:

Have sold to medical devices, life sciences and aerospace sectors a s tier 1 and 2 supplier.

Have a good enough mechanical acumen to understand and interpret technical drawings

Have a demonstrable track record of sales and margin growth.

Willing and able to undertake UK and international travel
