We are working with a national fashion brand who are stocked in some of the best-known stores on the high street. Reporting into the Head of Retail you will oversee the unmanned concessions within the Devon and Cornwall area, ensuring on brand, high standards of visual merchandising are maintained and targets/KPI’s are met.

This role would be perfect for a store manager looking for part time hours or a retail supervisor/ assistant manager looking for a step up. Not only will you receive some great perks including generous staff discount, but you will also be able to manage your own diary within a supportive and caring business. This is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 1 year.

Manage the stock in each concessions ensuring accurate stock taking and replenishment levels are good.
Ensure marketing campaigns are kept up to date and promotions are implemented.
Build relationships with store staff including the management teams.
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Commercial mindset with good IT skills and capable of understanding and interpreting brand guidelines.
As well as having the opportunity to travel throughout some stunning counties, you will be working for a fantastic business who are known for their playful prints and can be found in over 300 concessions in the UK. You will receive paid mileage for this role as well as a company pension, generous staff discount and a clothing allowance.
