L&D Assistant (HR Employee Services)

The L&D Assistant role sits within the HR Employee services team, supporting the business and the Talent and Development team with the key administration processes which underpin the L&D strategy.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who prides myself on providing a high-quality client focused service, driving continuous improvement in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Be the first line of enquiry for Workday learning queries, resolving queries through the learning mailbox and case management system.
Coordinate and administer the development policies and processes, such as access to the Workday LMS, enrolment to programmes and collation of course feedback.
Provide administrative support for induction and development programmes, and support across Talent and Learning where required.
Support professional qualification programs ensuring learning agreements are in place and employees are enrolled and have the required study materials.
Support compliance training queries and access requests throughout the employee lifecycle.
Provide system support and coaching to enable self-service.
Work collaboratively with the HR centres of excellences, HRES, HRBP, reward, change, payroll and HRIS teams.
~ Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within HR Operations,

Adept at working with data, analytics, metrics and producing insightful reports.
Ability to bring new creative solutions to the table.
Strong relationship building skills with ability to influence others.
Workday Learning experience and / or Linked In Learning is desirable.
