About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Georgina House in Luton, part of Priory Adult Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents with learning disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily lives, encouraging independence and participation in activities
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
