Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business prospects in the IT sector through networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the IT industry to acquire new clients and expand their market reach
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and impact of their IT solutions
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive sales proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of their IT services and address client needs
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and their clients in the IT sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT sector, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions specifically for their IT needs
- Drive client retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling their IT services
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions and address any concerns
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and/or client relationship management, preferably in the IT industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud technology, and digital transformation trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated,results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies
