What you'll be doing We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Plumber, Wet Trades and Painters, within our Repairs and Maintenance Team. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and management, including repair and service quality, productivity, service

delivery costs, financial return and performance health and safety and compliance of the team that they will manage.

This includes but is not limited to responsive repairs, planned programme of works, empty properties, kitchens and bathrooms, and safety programmes. You will be expected to own and deliver an ongoing repairs and maintenance service to all our housing stock and communal areas that we manage along with all CHP's partnership working agreements. Provide effective line management and development of a multi-skilled, flexible operational service delivery team, creating a culture which focuses on customer excellence, value based managed and delivering constantly improving, integrated services. Ensure resources are optimised and used to their full potential through the best practice use of collaborative integrated planning and by using CHP systems to optimise the efficient of resource planning and management and achieve continuity, value for money

and productivity improvements. Partner with Operations and Districts Managers, Supervisors, Supply Chain, Health and Safety teams and Customer Resolution Centre, as well as contractors and suppliers, to gather insights and knowledge of CHP's customers and to help to drive and improve

service delivery quality and standards. Effectively investigate, review and respond to complaints and customer feedback in line with the relevant policy. Take a ‘no stone unturned' approach to the delivery of repairs and maintenance services to ensure that customers are safe and happy, living in well managed homes and places. Requirements What we're looking for Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. Substantial experience of repairs and maintenance service delivery Ability to manage and resolve customer service complaints and feedback to a satisfactory resolution The ability to manage a complex workload as well as being able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service A true problem solver - someone who thinks on their feet and takes full responsibility and ownership for the homes, communal areas and customers that will need to be managed. Ability to use own initiative and innovation to resolve issues and deliver improvements in processes, cost, quality and delivery.
