Account Manager - Medical Communications

We are currently partnering with an independent Medical Communications agency seeking a full-time Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery, anticipate issues, and create contingency plans.
  • Contribute to account growth and development.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • Support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive patient outcome improvements across various therapeutic areas.
  • Work closely with medical writers and editors under the guidance of an Account Director.
  • Manage your own projects and, in time, mentor or manage an Account Executive.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Medical Communications agency.
  • Life Science degree or higher.
  • Experience delivering face-to-face or online programs.
  • Passion for digital communications and healthcare.
